A single and transparent cost

The investment consists in the purchase of a share of the solar park. There are no periodic contributions, management fees or maintenance fees to be paid in subsequent years. The entry price covers the entire life cycle of the plant.

Maintenance and insurance included

GridShare deals with all operational activities: ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, technical interventions, component replacements and plant insurance. The investor doesn't have to worry about anything.

Administrative management and technical reports

The company also takes care of the bureaucratic and administrative aspects, including relationships with entities, energy contracts and the sale of the energy produced. This “turnkey” approach eliminates the classic constraints of domestic photovoltaic energy and allows obtaining benefits without operational complexity.
